The BMX Academy workshops are practical sessions for beginners to enjoy a fun afternoon with a champion BMX rider Mike Mullen and master some BMX tricks along the way. Children learn how to handle a BMX bike over small jumps and are taught a range of tricks and techniques step by step building up to a freestyle show for parents at the end of each workshop.
Helmets and safety pads are provided for all, bikes supplied to share within the group.
